About

Hello, you are at ones and zeros, a Tumblelog by Shona Ghosh.

Lovingly ripping off the excellent @brainpicker, this is a digital repository of shiny things involving balloons, silent discos and/or Paul Simon where possible.

I dump a lot of this stuff on my Twitter feed.

I have a more seriousish website here.

There is an RSS feed right at the bottom of this blog, if you're interested.

(I really like Paul Simon)

Looking for something specific?

A so-called Robin Hood tax has been proposed in the run up to the UK elections. The idea being a small tax on big bank transactions to fund solutions to climate change, tackling poverty or ‘frontline’ services like the NHS and the police.
(This wouldn’t count on transactions between you and your high street bank, fyi)
Impractical yes, but Oxfam are holding a treasure hunt across East London over the Bank Holiday and I am all for making serious things silly.
